Ingredients
2lbs Hamburger
2 bags of Birdseye Frozen Broccoli
carrots and water chestnuts.**
Corn starch
Soy Sauce
2 Cups Of Water
2 Beef Boullion Cubes
RICE
Directions
Brown and scramble hamburger, Drain off fat
While you are browning hamburger, place vegetables in a large
microwaveable bowl and nuke for about 10-15
minutes until veggies are tender.
In a small sauce pan place 2 cups of water and boullion cubes on med
heat
After preparing burger and all fat is drained, add boullion water.
Then add veggies.
In A Coffee Cup Place About 2 Tablespoons of Corstarch,
Then Pour in
just enough soy sauce to make a paste.
Pour this mixture on hamburger and veggies.
Simmer untill sauce is
thickened. about 10-15 minutes.
Serve over a bed of rice.
** You can substitute any frozen veggie of your choice.
Sometimes I use
broccoli cuts, or stir fry veggies.
