Ethel Wrights Swedish Meatballs


Ingredients
1/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Powdered Milk
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon All Spice
1/8 Teaspoon Cloves
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/3 Cup Minced Onions
1 Lb OF Ground Beef

Directions
Combine In Large Bowl
Powdered Milk And Water ----Mix Well
Stir In Bread Crumbs
While Stirring Add Eggs,
Onions, Salt, Pepper, And All Spice
Add Ground Beef And Mix Thoroughly

Form Into Meatballs
Fry Over Medium High Heat
With Small Amount Of Shortening

Great As A Main Course Served With Brown Gravy Or Also Makes A Great Meatball For Noodles
