Ingredients
2 lb Hamburger, Drained
1 small onion
6 10 oz cans of Tomato Soup
2 pouches of "stir ins" chili mix
1 can brooks mild chili beans
1/2 cup of elbow noodles
Chili powder
water
_______________________
chop up onion
add to hamburger and Brown burger
and onion. Drain off fat
In a large pan, or Crock pot add tomato soup, beans, chili mix
and then add about 8 cans of water
In another sauce pan boil elbow noodles until they are almost done,
Drain add to chili
Stir in burger onion mixture.
bring to a boil stirring occasionally,
reduce heat, simmer about 30
minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add more chili powder to taste for spiciness.
I usually add about a tablspoon more as we like our chili to give us a
great case of heartburn about 2 hours after we eat!! :)
