CPJ AWARDS CERTIFICATIONS

Below are listings to qualify for our awards ceremony

  

ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR

           Must have performed on at least 50 percent of the shows and a minimum of two (2)  

           Showcases for that given year.

 

MALE VOCALIST

Must have performed on at least 50 percent of the shows for that given year.

 

FEMALE VOCALIST

            Must have performed on at least 50 percent of the shows for that given year.

 

SHOWCASE OF THE YEAR

            Must have a minimum of two (2) showcases for that given year.

 

DUET OF THE YEAR

             Must have performed a minimum of six (6) times as a Duet for that given year.

 

TRIO/QUARTET OF THE YEAR

              Must have performed a minimum of six (6) times as a Trio/Quartet for that given

              Year.

 

COMEDIAN OF THE YEAR

               Must have performed on ten (10) shows for that given year.    Can be Skits,

               Standup Monolog or Comedy Songs

 

ORIGIONAL SONG OF THE YEAR

                Songs may be performed live with stage band, as individual or pre-recorded

               All songs must be approved by CPJ management. No song(s) will be allow to be

                Performed if content is found objectionable by CPJ management.

 

MOST MEMORIAL EVENT OF THE YEAR

                Includes all special events such as Christmas Show, Valentine Show,

                Halloween Show, Stella Parton Show or any other special event.

 

 

VOTING

Voting takes place the four (4) Saturdays prior to CPJ Christmas Show.   Ballots are available only at ticket office at time of purchase and will not be available after leaving ticket window area.  Pre-sale tickets or on line sales during voting period will have a ballot at will call under buyers name. This is a people’s choice awards show and your vote does count.  Management or performers have no vote in awards selection.  All votes are tallied by an outside source and their count is deemed final.   Ballots are kept for thirty (30) days if anyone wishes to dispute final totals. To do this contact CPJ management.  A fee of $5.00 per category checked will be charged if no errors are found that changes the results.
